In more severe cases, hysterectomy may be necessary. The choice of treatment depends on the symptoms, the size of the fibroids, and the patient's fertility goals.
Endometriosis
Endometriosis, characterized by abnormal presence of endometrial tissue outside the uterus, poses diagnostic and therapeutic challenges. Management varies widely, from monitoring in mild and asymptomatic cases to surgical treatments for advanced forms.
