The patient types his/her username in the field User and the password in the field Passwords. Your password is strictly personal, so we recommend that you keep it in a safe place and not share it with anyone.

WARNING

If you lose your password, it will not be possible to recover it. You will need to go to the facility in person or with a designated representative to collect the paper copy.

In order to view and print the results of all tests performed, patients and their doctors must have a personal password which must be requested from the HUB staff. at the time of collection.

For security reasons, the password provided by HUB is only valid for the first time you log in. The computer system will guide you through the steps required to change the password provided to one of your choice. Once changed, the password is permanently valid and can be used for subsequent exams.
